The following procedure explains how to file a complaint.

1. If you do not already have an account, register. When you register, you will receive a verification email. If you do not receive the verification email, look in your spam box. You have to click on the link to verify your account. Once you verify your account, you can login.
2. Login.
3. Click on the category in which you want to file a complaint.
4. Click the File a Complaint button.
5. Fill in the appropriate fields.
   ***Fields in Bold Text are required.
6. If you want to add a small image,  in the Small Image field, click Browse.
7. If you want to add up to 8 large images, in the Large Images field, click browse. Click Add An Image to add additional images.
8. If you want to add Online Video:  Enter the full URL of the Youtube video page. add up to 2 Youtube video's only

  9.   If you want to Upload a Audio file,  in the Audio file field, click Browse.

 10.  If you want to Upload a Video file,  in the Video file field, click Browse.
